Shipping policy for your tea

Your order will be processed within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once your order is confirmed. We will notify you once the order has been shipped, which will take 2-3 working days.

Shipping cost for tea $5
Free shipping for orders above $100

Shipping policy for Nanbutekki

The cast iron pot will be shipped directly from Japan once your order is confirmed.

Shipping fee may very depending on the country.

Product will be shipped by air and will take up to 7 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange on our accessories within the first 30days after receiving the item:

-Your item must be unused and in the same condition

-Items to be in the original packaging

-Please note sale items cannot be refunded

-Shipping will be at your own cost, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For our tea:

There will be no refund for consumable items however, if you are not happy or have any concern with the tea please reach out to us.
